Very tall LED floor lamp Original 1227 Giant – flexibly adjustable
With a maximum adjustable height of 270 cm, the LED floor lamp Original 1227 fully lives up to its name "Giant". It can be adjusted in height and reach to suit individual needs, so that the light always shines where it is needed.
This version was designed in 2005 as a tribute to the famous writer for the Roald Dahl Museum, who used an Anglepoise® in his study.
Like the original design developed by British industrial designer George Carwardine in the 1930s, it features the constant spring mechanism typical of Anglepoise®, which makes this unusual and already iconic light source so versatile. It mimics the characteristics of the human arm muscles.
