Lights.co.uk Professional shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or special losses and/or damages suffered by participants arising from their participation and attributable to a disruption in communication or power lines, service failures on the part of mobile network operators, the effects of malicious software, or unfair acts by third parties aimed at gaining unauthorised access to and/or disrupting the software and/or hardware of Lights.co.uk Professional , as well as circumstances beyond its control.

Lights.co.uk Professional is not obliged, in such cases, to reimburse participants for any losses they may incur.

Lights.co.uk Professional shall be liable to the participant for damages caused through fault arising from injury to life, limb or health, for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence by Lights.co.uk Professional, the legal representatives or vicarious agents of Lights.co.uk Professional , as well as for damage arising from a breach of a guarantee given to the participant, without limitation in accordance with statutory provisions. Furthermore, Lights.co.uk Professional shall only be liable for breaches of duty arising from slight negligence where the fulfilment of such duties is essential to the proper conduct of the promotion and where participants may reasonably expect such duties to be observed (cardinal obligations), and such liability shall be limited to foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract.

The above limitation of liability applies mutatis mutandis to the personal liability of the legal representatives and vicarious agents of Lights.co.uk Professional.
