Separately dimmable up- & downlight: Emi LED floor lamp in aluminium, 2,700 K, CRI>90 The elegant Emi LED floor lamp, designed for the Italian lighting manufacturer FLOS by Erwan Bouroullec, combines multiple light sources with a high level of visual comfort to create a unique experience of light and shadow. This fascinating contrast is created by combining a matt, monolithic body with a high light output and a concealed light source. The design of this collection is based on the grouping of three light modules in compact, linear profiles that give the light a triangular, yet rounded, shape that is reflected throughout its design. The LED modules radiating downwards and upwards can be dimmed separately. Emi is mainly made of metal: the base of this floor lamp is made of pressed steel, while the body is made of aluminium. Considerable efforts have been made to minimise the material thickness throughout the collection in order to optimise the use of materials. Set up in this way, the Emi LED floor lamp is a universally applicable highlight in any room and is also ideal for use in the catering and hotel industries.
