Foscarini Chouchin 1 - elegant LED pendant light in the style of Japanese lanterns


For the design of the Chouchin series from Foscarini, French designer Ionna Vautrin was inspired by the optics, poetry and magic of Japanese lanterns. The result is three different Chouchin models that differ in shape and colour. They can be used individually or combined in an ensemble, a real eye-catcher for any room.

The Chouchin 1 convinces with a warm orange color, which forms a super contrast to the lower white part. The body of the lamp is made of mouth blown and lacquered glass. The colour is intense, brilliant and absolutely opaque. Only at the lower opening light comes out and turns the lower part into a glowing ring of light. The direct light effect makes the LED pendant luminaire Chouchin 1 an ideal illumination for dining tables, bars or counters. It distributes a soft, warm light, which creates a special and appealing atmosphere.
