Product description

Foscarini Twiggy grande - pendant light with direct and indirect light The classic lampshade of the Twiggy grande pendant light is made of a lacquered glass fibre composite material. The special feature here are the two diffuser discs, which are attached to the top and bottom of the lampshade. On the upper side, a diffuser made of translucent polycarbonate provides pleasant, indirect light towards the ceiling, while the underside features a diffuser with a multitude of Prisma discs that provide glare-free lighting on the surface below. As a pendant light, Twiggy is therefore perfect for table lighting in all living spaces. The design of the Twiggy luminaire series was developed by industrial designer Marc Sadler for the Venetian luminaire manufacturer Foscarini. As a long-time designer in the sports industry, he often experimented with new materials and innovative manufacturing processes, which also played a role in the design of the Twiggy collection.
