Sensational Minipipistrello LED table lamp The Minipipistrello ("little bat") table lamp is an absolute work of art, as its four-limbed, opal white lampshade made of methacrylate is indeed somewhat reminiscent of outstretched bat wings. Its telescope-like light base made of high-quality stainless steel also makes the light an unmissable highlight in the living room. The light is diffused and glare-free through the opal lampshade, creating a pleasant lighting atmosphere. Lights from the Pipistrello series have already won several design awards. The design was created in 1965 by Gaetana "Gae" Aulenti (1927 - 2012), who became famous for her numerous works in the field of architecture and design.
