Timeless design and maximum flexibility - floor lamp spring tension


The manufacturer midgard not only manufactures nowadays this floor lamp at German production sites, but is also responsible for the original design of this series. At the time of its creation in the 1950s, midgard perfected the concept of lamps with parallelogram arm and tension spring.

This structure is deliberately open and clearly recognizable in the floor lamp Federzug, so that the lamp comes along technically-industrial and at the same time in the trendy retro chic. Form and function combine here in a perfect way: The construction with two adjustable parallelogram arms and tension springs, which form the upper part of the frame, and the manually adjustable tilt of the shade allow the light direction to be adjusted according to need and situation. The round shade is equipped with a toggle switch (on/off) and supports low-loss light emission with its white interior.
