Void LED pendant light by Tom Dixon The Void LED pendant light is a fascinating sight and a decorative lighting accessory for a modern living concept. The creator Tom Dixon was inspired by vacuum flasks to create this unusual shade design. Semi-precious metals were formed into double-walled lampshades, which are also characterised by their brilliant colours that give the light they emit a special shimmer.

Behind the Tom Dixon brand is the eponymous British product designer Tom Dixon, who made a name for himself in the 1980s with innovative designs for companies such as Cappellini, Habitat and Artek, before founding his own label in 2002, whose products are now sold in 65 countries. His works can be found, for example, in the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Centre Georges-Pompidou in Paris and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
