Initial situation

Coffee Fellows is the largest coffee shop chain in Germany, which you will recognise from train stations, airports, service stations, shopping malls and the pedestrian zones of our city centres. There are currently 269 cafés operating under the Coffee Fellows name and the number is constantly increasing. Since 2019, there have even been 3 branches in Mongolia and a hotel in Dortmund is now also being run successfully. With all this growth, the franchise company needed a reliable partner for the expansion of new branches and the maintenance of existing shops.

It requires a strong partnership that offers a reliable service tailored to the customer's needs, as well as a partnership that understands the customer's mission statement and fulfils it with the right product range.

Lampenwelt Professional met these needs in two ways. On the one hand, Lights.co.uk Professional serves the company's style with its range and supports the customer's concept with the right choice of light: "Feel at home". This is because the atmosphere created by the light is a very important tool for creating a cosy atmosphere in a public place. For example, "Cozy Light" is used in all shops. With a CRI > 90 and 2,700 Kelvin, it produces a beautiful, warm white light that invites you to linger.
