Decorative and functional: LED desk lamp Aledin Dec The desk lamp from the Aledin Dec series by Kartell is adjustable at various points on the frame: on the two joints of the arms and on the head of the lamp itself. This can be tilted. A cable for the power supply is nowhere to be found along the aluminium arms, which are covered in plastic. The aluminium strips conduct electricity and therefore serve as a replacement for a cable. The height of Aledin Dec can be adjusted from 48 cm to 113 cm. In terms of design, the desk lamp is in the modern, purist style. Decor is used sparingly but purposefully, for example on the conical lampshade, which is decorated with facets. The Aledin Dec LED desk lamp is a model from the Italian company Kartell. The Milan-based company became known as a pioneer when it comes to furniture, lights and everyday objects made of plastic. Designer pieces such as various chairs, tables and lights have been created over the last seven decades on behalf of Kartell and are already classics today.
