Chic designer pendant light Original 1227 Brass Midi with brass fittings The characteristic design of the Original 1227 Brass Midi pendant light serves to punctuate a timeless aesthetic. This impression is rounded off by the braided textile cable and the high-quality finish. With his Original 1227 lighting collection, English industrial designer George Carwardine created a design classic that is just as popular today as it was in the past. Carwardine, who was actually an automotive engineer, developed the legendary Anglepoise® work light in 1930, and the design has hardly changed to this day. The light still has the classic shade shape from back then, but the newly added brass fittings provide an even more luxurious finish and allow the light to be combined with a wide variety of living and furnishing styles. It can be integrated into both modern and timelessly furnished rooms - hip loft flats and vintage-style interiors can also benefit from the designer light. The possible uses are versatile, as the pendant light can be used above the dining table, in the hallway or in a cosy lounge. Arranged individually or side by side, it can create a cosy and comfortable atmosphere in any room.
