Perfectly shaped Decomposé pendant light from Artemide Placed individually or in a row above a long dining table, for example - the Decomposé pendant light attracts attention everywhere with its simple yet effective design. The aluminium lampshade has a tubular shape and opens towards the floor in the manner of a streamer, so that the light, which is emitted directly downwards, hits the individual rings and produces wonderful light and shadow effects. The name Decomposé (French for "decompose"), which the three designers from the Schweizer Atelier Oï have given to their lighting object, is perfectly suited to the look of this extravagantly designed pendant light. In their work, the material always takes centre stage, so that for once it is not the function that dictates the form, but the nature of the material - made in Italy
