Ixa LED table lamp with dimmer, angled base and adjustable head


The Ixa series of lights from the Italian premium manufacturer Artemide is a concept by the design and architecture studio Foster & Partners, which was founded in 1967 by the renowned British architect Norman Foster.

Its defining feature is the almost spherical aluminium head, which, in this LED table lamp, is supported by a steel arm that rises vertically from the base and runs horizontally at the top. The head can be rotated in all directions, allowing the direction of the light output to be adjusted as required. The warm white light, which also boasts good colour rendering (CRI 90), is switched on and dimmable using buttons on the head.

Ixa shines in living spaces, lounges and commercial premises as an expression of functional and productive intelligence through reduction and simplification – the result of sound design expertise.
