Timeless design table lamp Lesbo made of mouth blown Murano glass


The Lesbo table lamp is a design by the Italian designer Angelo Mangiarotti (1921 - 2012) for Artemide. The lamp resembles a mushroom in its shape and consists of noble, mouth-blown Murano glass. The outside shiny, inside opal material causes a diffuse light emission to all sides. The glass shade sits on a small base made of polished aluminum. The table lamp is equipped with a microswitch dimmer to regulate the brightness.

The Italian manufacturer Artemide stands for high-quality designer lamps. The company was founded in 1960; some of the lamps produced by Artemide are among the icons of contemporary design and are exhibited in various museums of modern art.
