Designer pendant lamp Minomushi from the series in-ei by Artemide


The artistic LED pendant lamp Minomushi is a fascinating creation by Issey Miyake. Its design goes back to the project of the Miyake Design Studio from 2010, in which Issey Miyake and his development team used a computer program based on 3D geometry and mathematics to develop a series of lights that are characterized by a very unique effect and manufacturing technique.

The Japanese term "in-ei", which means shadow, richness of shadow or shading, characterizes the lighting effect of this series of lamps. The surfaces of the shade shine more or less brightly depending on the distance and angle to the LED light source inside. The recycled, treated material and the structure ensure stability on the one hand, on the other hand folding is also possible without any problems, for example to store the luminaire in a space-saving way.

The Minomushi pendant lamp embodies the symbiosis of technical lighting expertise and an innovative approach to material and design - a combination that perfectly complements the portfolio of the Italian manufacturer Artemide.
