Fabric-covered ARIETTE ceiling light from FLOS The ARIETTE ceiling light from FLOS is truly a classic, as it was designed by Tobia Scarpa back in 1973, which speaks volumes for its timeless quality. Four traditional light bulbs are used under the fabric shade with its textured fibre optic, providing a diffuse, almost cosy light with a very warm tone. Particularly ingenious and you can see it through the fabric: It's not screws that hold up the entire structure - no, you're more reminded of days spent in nature that feel particularly free, when you only had to deal with the bare essentials in the first place, because the red fibreglass arches on the inside, covered with the white fabric, look like the poles of a tent.


Available in 3 different sizes, the ceiling light can be mounted on the wall and is also ideal for public spaces where a special atmosphere is welcome. The FLOS company has been in existence for over 50 years now, working with a team of renowned designers to create special, high-quality lights that are widely recognised internationally and have won numerous awards.
