Innovative combination: floor lamp with USB port and storage surfaces - Bibliothèque Nationale by FLOS At first glance, the Bibliothèque Nationale floor lamp by designer Philippe Starck is a fairly classic representative of its kind. The stainless steel frame is combined with a conical lampshade made of aluminium-coated PMMA. A closer look at the floor lamp reveals what else it can do apart from providing light. The stainless steel shelves serve as a practical bookshelf, even if you certainly can't build a "Bibliothèque Nationale" on them in terms of quantity - as its name suggests. The floor lamp's frame also conceals a USB port, which is intended for charging standard mobile phones, smartphones and tablets. This makes Bibliothèque Nationale from FLOS the perfect companion next to the sofa or your favourite armchair - sit down, switch on the light, take your favourite book from the shelf and simply relax!
