Earthball-shaped glass floor lamp Glo-Ball F1 If you compare the lampshade of the Glo-Ball floor lamp with our globe, the two have a few things in common: they are not completely spherical, but slightly flattened at the "poles", which in the case of the light is that little bit extra. Another extra is the opal glass of the lampshade, which is mouth-blown and etched and provides a particularly pleasant light due to its texture. The Englishman Jasper Morrison, who is responsible for the Glo-Ball floor lamp, has created a modern classic with this creation; a classic because shapes like the Glo-Ball are so timeless that they never go out of fashion. Morrison is a member of the FLOS design team, which is known worldwide for its designer lights.
