Functional LED wall light: Pochette Up/Down
The light emitted by the Pochette LED wall light is directed mainly upwards towards the ceiling; however, a small portion of the light also shines downwards, creating a faint glow towards the floor. In this way, the light creates two cones of light on the wall, producing the characteristic light pattern of the Pochette LED wall light.
The light’s simple, wedge-shaped design is understated yet distinctive. It is perfectly suited to long corridors such as those found both in homes and in large hotels.
The design, created by Rodolfo Dordoni, is primarily functional, reflecting the designer’s artistic approach. Dordoni studied architecture in Milan and has worked for Minotti, Artemide and Dolce & Gabbana, amongst others.
