Modern LED pathway lamp Pointbreak Bollard 2 with special squircle shape


The designer Piero Lissoni created this series of lamps with the idea of creating an emotion. He made it his mission to design artificial light that inspires people. Thus, similar to a candle, Pointbreak is intended to create a sensual effect and have an atmospheric effect on the environment, creating a comfortable feeling of well-being, especially outdoors in the dark.

With its sleek, tall shape and minimalist design that draws focus to its high-quality finish, the Pointbreak Bollard LED pathway light enhances any outdoor space. Its body made of pressed aluminum, cast aluminum and transparent UV-stabilized polycarbonate diffuser with scratch-resistant surface are well protected against the elements. Thanks to the double powder coating, it ensures high resistance to corrosion.

An optic is integrated in the luminaire head, which sits above the transparent inlet, providing an asymmetrical, radially downward light emission. This allows the warm white light to reach the floor surface and spread gently all around the environment to ensure orientation on walkways and squares in the dark. Pointbreak is simply installed and anchored on the ground and can additionally be mounted on concrete with an anchoring plate (see accessories).
