Skygarden Small pendant light with floral design in the inner shade The Skygarden Small pendant light consists of a semi-circular lampshade with an aluminium alloy exterior. The special feature of the light is the plaster dome on the inside. This is decorated with leaves, berries and flowers and represents the "sky garden". The bright colour scheme and the included bulb set off the floral forms wonderfully. The outside of the hanging light has a very simple design, so that the main focus is on the extraordinary creation on the inside. Thanks to its small size, Skygarden Small is also suitable for smaller rooms and cuts a fine figure both as a single light and in combination with several lights from the series. It is particularly suitable for placement above dining or living room tables. With an external leading edge or trailing edge dimmer, it is also possible to adjust the brightness of the light and ensure optimum illumination for any location. The internal diffuser is made of blown glass and ensures that the light is emitted without glare. Its underside is designed with a beautiful pattern to match the inside of the lampshade. The designer of this impressive project is Dutchman Marcel Wanders. In his work, he often draws on design elements from times gone by, which are brought back to life in modern objects. This approach is also reflected in the design of Skygarden, which is reminiscent of an antique decorated plaster ceiling. Together with the renowned light manufacturer FLOS, a high-quality light was created that combines the past and the contemporary to create an extraordinary look.
