Designer wall lamp Oyster with pull switch


The designer Jette Scheib lives and works in Barcelona, but previously studied at the Berlin University of the Arts. She is the creative mind behind the Oyster lighting series, which she vaguely resembles the look of an oyster. The focal point of the lamp is not a pearl, but the bulb, which is slightly hidden by a round disc so that the light does not dazzle. The two rings that form the shade of the lamp are woven with cotton threads.

About the importance of lighting, designer Jette Scheib says: "You can have the softest sofa, but if the lighting is not good, you will never sit comfortably.
