Parrot XS pendant light with lampshade made of rattan and abacá The Parrot XS pendant light is made of rattan and abacá, a plant species native to East Asia that is used to make ropes, Tau and fishing nets, among other things. The lampshade is made up of overlapping strips in different colours. Das textile cable and the metal canopy are in black. The design of the lampshade makes it a beautiful eye-catcher and also adds a pleasantly natural touch to the living area. Parrot is ideal for illuminating the living room or dining room table. The brightness of the pendant light can also be varied using the matching bulb and an external dimmer. The Parrot light series was designed by product designer Jette Scheib and produced by renowned lighting manufacturer Forestier. Jette Scheib is particularly inspired by Nature and organic forms and enjoys working with natural materials. With the Parrot collection, she wants to emphasise the colourful and expressive side of basket weaving.
