Gold-coloured designer pendant lamp Bump with dome shade


The designer couple Ludovica and Roberto Palomba have succeeded in creating a design that radiates glamour and liveliness with the pendant lamp Bump. The dome-shaped shade is made of painted plastic. The surface has been deliberately slightly dented, which gives the overall appearance an organic touch and positively influences the lighting effect. Due to the width of the shade, Bump provides extensive illumination, e.g. of a dining table. The inside of the shade was made white for optimal light reflection.

Ludovica and Roberto Palomba have already realised many lighting designs for the Italian lighting manufacturer Foscarini. Since 1994 they have been active in their own studio in Milan and have been very successful in the fields of architecture, interior design, as product designers and art directors for other major brands. The designer couple have received many awards for their work, including the coveted Compasso d'Oro.
