Floor lamp Gregg captivates with organic shapes

The Gregg floor lamp blends discreetly into its surroundings and provides an attractive lighting accent, both when switched on and off. The shape of the lampshade is reminiscent of a pebble that has been cut by the water of a river over centuries, giving it its typical curved contours. Because of this organic form, Gregg presents himself in a different appearance depending on the angle of the observer.

The shapely shade is made of glass, which is mouth-blown in a complex manufacturing process. The light penetrates gently through the satinised glass, creating a soft and harmonious room light that can be adjusted as desired using the integrated dimmer. The metal neck of the luminaire with its slim dimensions underlines the minimalist design of the luminaire without distracting from the artistic shade.

Gregg is part of a series of lamps created by designers Ludovica and Roberto Palomba for the Italian manufacturer Foscarini. The designers' creations are characterised by timelessness, which means that the lamps never lose their topicality and always remain a work of art.
