Cloud-shaped LED pendant lamp Nuée with two light sources
The LED pendant luminaire Nuée with its interestingly shaped shade fulfils two tasks of a luminaire at the same time. On the one hand, an LED module is attached to the head of the shade and illuminates the facets of the textile-like plastic, on the other hand, another light source is embedded at the lower edge of the shade and thus emits direct light. In this way, on the one hand, an interesting, indirect general lighting is gained through the shade and on the other hand, direct lighting is created for dining and living rooms. The plastic shade appears very soft, is malleable and also offers a haptic experience.
In collaboration with the Italian design company Foscarini and the designer Marc Sadler, this handsome design was created, which has a unique selling point due to its unusual material. Due to the constant malleability, each product becomes unique.
