Bromo is a sustainable ceiling light that brings nature into the room. The lampshade is made from bamboo, a sustainable material. The bamboo lampshades are crafted using traditional techniques in small villages in Vietnam. Each lampshade is unique and takes between 3 and 6 hours to make. Bamboo is characterised by its versatility and is a core material for the Good & Mojo brand. Bamboo grows very quickly – up to one metre a day – and can be harvested in 3 to 5 years. Once cut, new shoots continually grow from the roots. Bamboo also produces 35 per cent more oxygen than a tree. It is cultivated without pesticides or chemical fertilisers.

A filament LED bulb looks particularly decorative in the ceiling light. The open shade design, with its many gaps, creates unique light and shadow effects.

The Good & Mojo range consists of sustainable lights and is guided by the motto: “When you buy light, you give light.” This is achieved through collaboration with charitable foundations such as the WakaWaka Foundation, which uses donations to provide solar products to people living off the grid. Since 2019, the Good & Mojo brand has also been supporting the Eden Project. For every light sold, a tree is planted – to date, over 150,000 trees have been planted through this initiative.
