Tapered pendant lamp Kalimantan made of bamboo


The conically shaped shade of the Kalimantan pendant lamp emits light directly downward through its opening. It is hand-woven from sustainable, flexible bamboo, making each lamp a unique lighting object. Thanks to the manufacturer Good & Mojo's participation in charitable foundations, for every lamp sold, a tree is planted for reforestation in poor countries. By using the bamboo material, they also pay attention to a small ecological footprint in the production of the lights.

The wicker pattern is characterized by delicate gaps that also allow light to escape all around, creating a pleasant general lighting. Black bamboo elements have also been incorporated into the natural-colored pattern, giving the shade its special look. Kalimantan is ideal for lighting small tables or counters, or installed in several for larger areas.
