Certo pendant luminaire with conically shaped textile shade and flexible suspension
If you look at the shade of the Certo hanging lamp, the lamp presents itself as a classic light source with a truncated cone shaped shade made of high-quality chintz material. This gives off the light downwards unhindered for direct illumination, while the material at the sides makes it appear very subdued as pleasant basic lighting. The pendant lamp becomes a special feature due to its suspension with brackets. These allow a very high flexibility and the positioning of the shade above the table, even if the connection to the ceiling is at a slightly different place. This is made possible by a two-part rod attached to the round canopy, which can be adjusted by means of joints. This makes the makeshift solution of a so-called "monkey swing" or a cable running along the ceiling superfluous.
