Outdoor pendant lamp Black Out made of fibreglass fabric
Independent products with a creative concept, targeted lighting effects and a high-quality finish - this is the combination with which the luminaires from the Italian manufacturer Karman inspire. The Black Out series designed by Matteo Ugolini also follows this pattern.
The Black Out LED pendant luminaire is particularly effective in an otherwise dark environment, such as the power outage that gave it its name. Its shade consists of a weave of fibreglass threads that are spun around a rotating form during production until only small gaps remain. Above a terrace table, for example, the shade open at the bottom provides direct lighting. The height of the pendulum can be adjusted to suit the circumstances by winding the 5 m long cable over the ceiling beam, for example.
