Dimmable designer LED table lamp Bourgie by Ferruccio Laviani


The stylized design of the table lamp Bourgie, which is completely made of plastic, combines baroque elements (base) with classical ones (shade) and as a whole represents a harmonious symbiosis of the classical and the innovative. The innovative thing about Bourgie is the idea to produce a table lamp, which uses classical, baroque patterns and style elements, from the modern material plastic. To increase the ease of use, the lamp was equipped with a dimmer.

The Italian company Kartell is known for its innovations made of plastic. Since the 1950s, designers have been developing furniture, household goods and lamps made of plastic for the Milan-based company. Over the years, Kartell has not only received several design awards, but has also built up its own company museum, which preserves and highlights the cultural, ideal and material heritage of the company.
