Dimmable designer LED table lamp Bourgie by Ferruccio Laviani The stylised design of the Bourgie table lamp, which is made entirely of plastic, combines baroque elements (base) with classic ones (lampshade) and as a whole represents a harmonious symbiosis of the classic and the innovative. The innovative aspect of Bourgie is the idea of producing a table lamp that uses classic, baroque patterns and stylistic elements from the modern material of plastic. To increase ease of use, the light is equipped with a dimmer. The Italian company Kartell is known for its innovations in plastic. Since the 1950s, designers have been developing furniture, household goods and lights made of plastic for the Milan-based company. Over the years, Kartell has not only received numerous design awards for this, but has also built up its own in-house museum, which preserves and emphasises the company's cultural, idealistic and material heritage.
