Light-Air designer table lamp by Eugeni Quitllet This table lamp is a real eye-catcher because, unlike most others, it consists of a lampshade that is attached to a frame at the top and is open at the bottom. This makes it look as if the lampshade is hanging in a picture frame. The frame and lampshade of the Light-Air are made of plastic. The lampshade is also embossed, which refracts the light that penetrates outwards, creating a cosy, warm atmosphere. The Light-Air light series was created by the Catalan designer Eugeni Quitllet for the Italian designer brand Kartell, which remains true to its tradition of furniture made of plastic. Various internationally renowned designers have already worked with Kartell and created true Meisterwerke. Das has been so successful that it has even founded its own museum to preserve, promote and highlight the company's heritage.
