Milenka – a traditional-looking banker's lamp with a green lampshade and a polished frame with a brass finish
Banker's lamps are sought-after cult objects, familiar not least from many American films of past decades. They originated in the 1920s and 1930s, when they could be found in office buildings, law firms, courts and, of course, banks. The frame was usually brass-coloured and the lampshade often elongated and green – all of which also applies to the Milenka banker's lamp, which is fitted with a stylish pull switch directly on the lampshade.
