Timeless outdoor wall lamp Albertslund in symmetrical design


This wall light is a creation of the Danish engineer, architect and industrial designer Jens Møller-Jensen, who has been responsible for numerous successful objects in the fields of medical technology, electronics and traffic.

Albertslund shows a special understanding of application-oriented design; for example, a luminaire for outdoor use should provide orientation but at the same time not dazzle passers-by. The Albertslund outdoor wall luminaire achieves this by means of an upper horizontal ring that diffusely reflects the light downwards all around and a lower vertical ring that shields the glass cover and the internal light source at the sides. Directly below, Albertslund provides direct light.

Cap, arm and wall bracket are made of aluminium. The luminaire produced by Louis Poulsen can be integrated in a variety of ways, both in modern designed and classic outdoor areas such as brick facades.
