Designer pendant lamp Doo-Wop - timeless classic in shiny copper
Among the designer lamps of the manufacturer Louis Poulsen, this pendant lamp is a real primeval rock. Doo-Wop goes back to a design that was created in cooperation with the Danish Navy to equip their administration and recreation rooms, among other things. This origin is also where the name "Navy pendant light" comes from.
On the one hand, the shade consists of an inner layer whose cone shape open at the bottom emits direct light onto the area below. The slightly translucent material also creates an indirect light component. In addition, there is an outer layer that expands upwards and downwards from a central waist like a vertically lying yo-yo. This is made of drawn, unpainted copper, whose reddish tone and shiny surface give the luminaire a warm and elegant touch.
