Floor lamp Keglen equipped with dim-to-warm function - direct and indirect distribution

The Keglen series of luminaires was started in 2017: Louis Poulsen's collaboration with Jakob Lange of BIG Ideas first resulted in the Keglen pendant luminaire for the Tirpitz Museum in Blåvand. Later followed floor, table and wall lamps, which can be combined with many home styles thanks to its architectural design with conical shade made of aluminum and inwardly curved diffuser made of injection-molded polycarbonate. The light is emitted directly downwards without glare, but a small part also shines indirectly upwards through an opening in the shade. A switch on the base allows the light to be dimmed continuously. The setting selected before the light is switched off is retained after the light is switched on again, thanks to the built-in memory function. However, the dimming function can also be switched off completely via the switch. Then the light shines at full strength until the dimming function is activated again.

Dim-to-warm function integrated: Here, as the light brightness decreases, the light simultaneously becomes warmer and warmer (2,700 K to 2,000 K).
