Wall lamp VL Studio made of brass and mouth blown opal glass


Wall lamp VL Studio is made of three-layer opal glass and brass body. The opal glass provides glare-free and diffuse illumination of the surroundings. To adjust the lighting conditions, the lampshade can be tilted 90° in both directions. The harmonious color design in white and brass gives the wall lamp a noble look, with which it comes into its own wonderfully in the hallway area, for example, as well as in the living room or bedroom. To change the bulb, the glass can simply be unscrewed.

The luminaire design of the wall lamp comes from the architect Vilhelm Lauritzen from the 1940s and was originally designed for the radio building in Copenhagen. The wall lamp VL Studio convinces to this day with its simple aesthetics and high-quality materials. The production took over the renowned Danish company Louis Poulsen.

Note: The untreated brass changes over time and develops a patina.
