Dot 800 LED pendant light – an indirect light source for the table
Dot is a minimalist LED pendant light that looks like two light discs floating parallel to one another. These two are connected by a metal stem. The small disc at the bottom contains a ring of LEDs that project light upwards. There, it is reflected off the large, matt-white disc, which acts as a reflector, and illuminates a wide area indirectly, providing very pleasant, glare-free light. A bespoke heat pipe transfers the heat from the LEDs to the heat sink, which is housed above the reflector. This enables the head to be made extremely compact. Powerful, indirect and bright lighting in a warm white light colour ensures that even larger rooms are well lit and provides particularly good visual comfort; the Dot 800 pendant light is therefore also suitable for use above desks or meeting tables. The light is dimmable (DALI, 1–10 V – not included).
