Wall lamp Matrix Mono with swivel arm and E27 socket


Matrix Mono is a wall lamp designed by Yaacov Kaufman. The idea came to him during his research on the friction mechanism. A round wall element and flexible, adjustable steel arms and an E27 socket at their end - these are the components of the wall lamp, which catches the eye by its simplicity. Depending on the choice of the illuminant, the luminaire can be changed in its appearance. The arm of the lamp is movable.

The Israeli industrial designer and academic Yaacov Kaufman designed the lamp series Matrix already in 2000 for the Italian lamp manufacturer Lumina. The products of Lumina are characterized by their durability and a very high quality. They are manufactured in Italy and Lumina attaches great importance to sustainability in the selection and procurement of materials as well as in the production and even in the packaging. The materials required for the production of the lights are mainly sourced locally, the energy required is largely generated by solar panels and only recyclable materials are used for packaging.
