Spiral-shaped LED designer pendant light Pirce Micro


Several white-lacquered aluminium rings are arranged on the Pirce Micro LED pendant light to create a structure that looks like a spiral. The light source is positioned on a small end disk at the end of the spiral where the smallest ring is located. From there, the LEDs emit their light upwards in the direction of the rings or spiral. The rings and their special arrangement create a pretty light pattern on the ceiling. The indirect light effect also ensures a glare-free and very harmonious light throughout the room.

The light can be dimmed via a separate push button. This requires a five strand connection cable.

The Italian designer Giuseppe Maurizio Scutellà has worked as a senior project designer for renowned high-tech companies. His collaboration with designer lighting manufacturer Artemide began in 2008 with the design of the Pirce lighting series. Artemide is considered one of the world's leading manufacturers of designer lighting. Based in Pregnana near Milan, the company was founded in 1960 by Ernesto Gismondi. The structure of the company includes not only a global sales network but also five production facilities, two glass factories and a research and innovation centre with test laboratories.
