Timeless decorative lamp Profiterolle - like a shining crystal
The fact that this furnishing element, designed by Sergio Asti, was already introduced in 1968 is not really noticeable in Profiterolle. Placed on the floor or on a larger shelf in a seating area, the decorative lamp enchants even modern rooms with its atmospheric shimmer.
The closed diffuser, designed in irregular geometric shapes, is made of transparent methacrylate and synthetic resin. Glass fibres give it its structure and, in combination with four E14 LED lamps (see accessories), create the characteristic lighting effect. At half height, the luminaire is visually subdivided by a circumferential ring of black rubber. The base is made of black lacquered aluminium.
