Height-adjustable designer pendant light One Eighty made of black aluminium Winner of the Red Dot Design Award 2010 and nominated for the Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany 2011 – the One Eighty pendant light is an award-winning masterpiece. As One Eighty impressively demonstrates, it doesn't always take attributes such as pomp and striking colours to stand out from the crowd. This pendant light's simple elegance in colour and form is enough to place it at the highest level. A narrow cord pendant connects the canopy to the lampshade. Both have been designed in perfect symmetry to each other. Soft lines describe the exterior of the lampshade and seem to direct the light to its destination. The matt black surface of the high-quality aluminium appears light and unobtrusive and is characterised by simple elegance that is welcome in almost any environment. In order not to have to forego a visual break in this otherwise very homogeneous colour scheme, the canopy and lampshade have been fitted with nickel-plated decorative steel rings at both ends. This creates small but clearly perceptible light reflections that add a little highlight to the elegance of One Eighty.
