The designer lighting company Slamp was founded by Roberto Ziliani in Rome at the start of the 1990s. The company focuses on making special lights. The Veli Mini ceiling light is one of these. The material Goldflex® is used for the Veli Mini ceiling light. This is one of the many unique materials created by the designer lighting company Slamp. These unique materials are so unique that Slamp even registers patents for them. In the case of the Veli Mini ceiling light, the Goldflex® has been assembled to form many individual ruffles. From below, the Veli Mini ceiling light looks like the gilded top of a bouquet of flowers. The Goldflex® looks exceptionally elegant, but also distributes the light in a unique way. A beam of light comes out of each of the individual ruffles, creating a fantastic interplay of light and shade on the wall.
