Veli Mini Single Couture: Italian designer pendant lamp


The material of which the fluffy-looking pendant Veli Mini Single Couture is made is a material specially developed by the Italian lighting company Slamp for the production of lamps. Opalflex® is the name of the material that gives the lamp the appearance of being made of fabric. In reality, however, it is a type of plastic that creates this unique effect. The shade is made by hand in Italy.

Since 1994, the Italians have been manufacturing products that stand out for their very special lighting effects. These lighting effects can be created by the specially developed and patented materials, such as Opalflex®, Crystalflex® or Lentiflex®.
