IR 180 UP easy combines the functions of a classic wall switch and a motion detector. It takes the place of the existing flush-mounted switch and can be used universally. Fumbling for the light switch in the dark is a thing of the past thanks to IR 180 UP easy.
No matter whether 2- or 3-wire installation, no matter which illuminant - IR 180 UP easy from Steinel works reliably under all common technical conditions. The passive infrared sensor with 180 ° angle of detection has a range of 8 m. When motion is detected, the switching output supplies up to 4 luminaires with a maximum of 200 W. For the twilight setting, 2 to 1,000 lux ambient brightness can be selected. The TEACH function can be used to set the current value as a threshold. The light duration can be set from 5 s to 30 min, and four-hour continuous light and continuous off are also possible. In addition to triggering by the motion detector, an integrated pushbutton allows manual switching.
