Copper Trio Round - three-lamp LED hanging lamp with top design

The design of the original shade of the series of lamps Copper by Tom Dixon was inspired by the process of vacuum metallization, as used in sunglasses and visors of space suits. In Copper Trio Round, three nearly spherical shades - two small and one large - of polycarbonate were suspended at different heights from the round canopy. The plastic was given a polished copper finish, creating a lustrous look. In combination with light rays - be it natural light or the light of the installed LEDs - fantastic reflections are created.
