Around 900 feathers are attached to paper on the lampshade - not from live animals, of course! This is also important to the Danish designer of this light - Soren Ravn Christensen. The use of natural materials follows the principle of sustainability, which is also a basic idea of the Danish light designer UMAGE by VITA copenhagen. Their plan is to combine simple concepts with luxurious details, placing great emphasis on the visual reference to Scandinavian landscapes and cultures. As a further highlight - which follows a trend - the table lamp has a three-legged base, giving it an even more modern and stylish touch that blends in beautifully with today's interior styles. The cable is integrated into the frame with a built-in switch for convenient operation. The bulb disappears completely into the feather dress and emits a cosy, dreamy light that envelops the surroundings in a soft tone. The lampshade can be cleaned with little effort using a hairdryer.
