Unique Meridiano outdoor luminaire combines piece of furniture and lighting


A refined stool or side table during the day and an extraordinary outdoor light in the evening - that is Meridiano. The outdoor lamp is handmade and consists of filigree stainless steel rods that are bent and arranged in a circle. Under the cover made of plastic, the most modern LED technology is hidden, which emits a soft and diffuse light. Through the rods, the warm light casts shadows around the light, creating a fascinating play of light and shadow.

The designers Jordi Vilardell and Meritxell Vidal created Meridiano for the brand manufacturer VIBIA and unite matter and light in one body in the outdoor luminaire. All of the designers' creations are characterised by the fact that they have an additional benefit in addition to the mere lighting function.
