Convenient, secure payment for trade customers

 

Credit card

Convenient and secure: payment is debited directly from your card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express). You simply need to enter your card number, expiry date and card security code. This data is transmitted directly to the payment platform Adyen N.V. using a secure 128-bit SSL encryption.

Your card should be registered for a security authentication method (Verified by VISA, MasterCard SecureCode, Maestro SecureCode, American Express SafeKey) which functions with a personal security code between you and your bank.

The purchase amount gets reserved on the card when we receive your order. The card is then charged as soon as the goods have been shipped.

This simple and fast form of payment is, of course, completely free of charge.

Please note: some debit cards might not be accepted by our shop. Contact our customer service if there are any difficulties.

 

Paypal 

Paying with PayPal is simple, quick and secure. Simply choose PayPal as your desired method of payment when placing your order, then log in to your personal PayPal account with your e-mail address and your PayPal password and confirm the payment.

If you opt for PayPal Express, you will be redirected to PayPal from our shopping basket page and can log in with your account details. Please double-check your address details before continuing. You can then check and confirm your order on our order confirmation page. We will receive an immediate payment confirmation from PayPal and can start processing your order straight away.

You don't have a PayPal account? You can register your bank account with PayPal with just a few mouse clicks. Paying with PayPal is, of course, free of charge.

 

Apple Pay

We accept Apple Pay - a secure and convenient mobile payment solution that provides an efficient and seamless shopping experience for Apple users.

Once you have added your credit or debit card to the Wallet app, you can start using this payment method at online stores that accept Apple Pay. 

To complete your transaction at Lights.co.uk with Apple Pay, simply select Apple Pay in the checkout as payment method and place your order by clicking on the Apple Pay button on the order confirmation page. After this, you will be prompted to enter your passcode or use Face ID to authorise the transaction, without having to enter your card information again. 

 

Billie

Billie provides dedicated payment solutions for the B2B sector, facilitating convenient and simplified online transactions.

Please note Billie is available exclusively to registered trade customers. To use the 'Pay in 30 days' payment option by Billie, simply log into your trade customer account and select Billie during checkout. Once the transaction is successfully authorised, you’ll receive payment details by email and have up to 30 days to settle the invoice.

Prepayment

With the prepayment option, you pay in advance. Once your order is placed, we’ll reserve your items for fourteen days. Please transfer the invoice amount to the Lampenwelt GmbH account – the bank details can be found in your order confirmation.

As soon as we receive your payment, we’ll dispatch your order. From that day, the delivery times shown on the respective product pages will apply. Please note: if we don’t receive payment within fourteen days, your order will be automatically cancelled.

 

The strike-through prices correspond to the manufacturer's RRP. All prices include 20% VAT, delivery costs excluded.
